  • This program is designed to foster community and build confidence, expression and leadership through a captivating day full of beautifully blended expressive arts classes including movement, yoga, music and drama mixed with a lunch break and social time concluding with our “Variety Hour” which encompasses an endless array of activities led and inspired by our facilitator and participants. Individual program descriptions are noted below.
  • The Day Program also includes a lunch break in which participants and support workers may engage in social interactions and activities.
  • All classes are adapted to the abilities of participants ensuring that everyone is able to partake and engage in all the activities. Activities will be modified to suit each individual’s needs.


10:00 – 11:15 am – Yoga + Movement (Miss Telisa)

12:15 – 1:00 pm – Lunch + Social Time
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Drama (Miss Marie-Claire)

Week 6 Variety Day: To add some spontaneity to our day program, the Variety Day will encompass any combination of classes, activities and team building fun to further explore other realms of movement, expression and community.

Week 12 ⇒ Community Outing: Inspired by the interests and curiosity of our participants, the Community Outing will give our group a change of scenery while providing opportunities to deepen friendships, build social and life skills, and explore our amazing community as a crew of friends!


Tuesdays – 10:00 am-3:00 pm

Individual Adult Program Bookings Available

  • Designed for participants 18+ of all abilities and diagnoses (accompanied by a support worker)
  • Incorporates both movement and yoga.  Classes will begin with a warm-up, following with engaging movement activities and dance routines of various genres based on interest and ability.  The latter part of the class will incorporate adaptive yoga poses and gentle stretches ending with deep relaxation.

Tuesdays – 10:00-11:15 am

  • Designed for participants 18+ of all abilities and diagnoses (accompanied by a support worker)
  • This unique music program incorporates using voices to be part of the music, story-telling through movement to different tempos and styles of rhythm, creating music on a synthesizer, deep listening and expression through sound and simple, interactive group song writing for a whole-body musical experience.
  • Created to help participants:
    • Develop tools for creative self expression, in turn building self-worth and confidence
    • Improve verbal and non-verbal expression
    • Build social skills and use them appropriately with their peers in a safe space
    • Improve fine and gross motor skills as well as all aspects of coordination
    • Relax and allow time to connect with their body and mind
    • Develop ability to sequence and improve memory through music based activity
    • Offer a sensory experience that is exciting and fun
    • Explore thought processes, and emotions in a creative and therapeutic manner

Tuesdays – 11:15 am-12:15 pm

  • Designed for participants of all abilities and diagnoses
  • A theatre based program that focusses on acting and drama games and incorporates improvisation, vocal projection & techniques, team building games, socialization, creativity and imagination
  • Created to help participants:
    • Explore their imagination
    • Build friendships in an inclusive environment
    • Improve verbal expression
    • Develop and improve expressive performance skills
    • Interact co-operatively, positively and appropriately with peers
    • Learn to work in a collaborative manner
    • Practice and improve memory skills through acting

Tuesdays – 1:00-2:00 pm

  • Each week participants are guided through a wide array of engaging and motivating activities ranging from art to social games, like-skill activities to sport-based team games with an emphasis on confidence building and leadership development. This hour is catered to the interests of the group and welcomes opportunities for participants to share their skill sets through facilitation further developing leadership skills.

    • Interact co-operatively, positively and appropriately with peers
    • Develop creativity and independent thinking
